Hangar Leases

Thank you for visiting our page.  In order to lease a hangar at South Texas International Airport, the following process will be observed:

• Hangar Waiting List Form
• Airport Hangar Lease Application 
• Identity and National Criminal Background Check Release & Consent
• Ordinance No. 2017-4168
• Airport Code
• Sample Lease Agreement

Applications need to be delivered to the South Texas International Airport by Applicant. 
If hangar space will be leased by more than 1 occupant or sub-leased, an application will be required for each person using the hangar space. 

All applications will be pending further processing until clearance of background check.  Applicants will be notified via phone or mail.

Approved applicants will receive a lease agreement for execution.
