A U.S. Customs Officer is available to assist with entry clearance into the United States. The City of Edinburg provides the officers as a service to users.
CBP Overflight Exemption request are now processed through a centralized CBP office associated with the General Aviation Support mailbox, GA SUPPORT: gasupport@cbp.dhs.gov. This centralized office is prepared to offer a consistent process and product to all applicable GA operators. The GA Operators can email the office directly or they can email marco.solis@cbp.dhs.gov or Supervisor Gustavo Garcia (gustavo.t.garcia@cbp.dhs.gov) and requests can be forwarded to GA Support. Once approved, the applicant will be advised.
