Edinburg's festivals are always open for talented and innovative Artists & Vendors who offer personally crafted creations of all sorts, including but not limited to, skilled handmade goods, delicate fine art, and custom-made instruments and wish to showcase and sell their work to the surrounding community.
As a participating vendor in our Edinburg  Events & Festivals, you will be guaranteed a pre-selected display area of your choice where your work will be available for attendees to view and purchase. Edinburg draws in large crowds from all over the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. If you are a dedicated artist or vendor who is ready to display and distribute your work at your own selected pricing, our Edinburg Events & Festivals are the perfect opportunities for you.
Our city festivals are thriving with community members in search of unique and memorable keepsakes, and our participating Vendors are sure to meet this need. Participating as a Vendor is a wonderful opportunity to meet other local entrepreneurs and earn loyal clientele.
If you are in search of an opportunity to earn money and work in a high-energy environment, Food Vending could be the perfect fit. Edinburg welcomes enthusiastic and committed Food Vendors who are interested in running their very own food booth at our City Festivals. As a Festival-participating Food Vendor, you will have the freedom of creating your unique food display and offering a one-of-a-kind menu for our community members to enjoy. Our City festivals are fun, fast-paced, and family-oriented, bringing in people of all ages. This is the perfect opportunity to bring along business cards, meet other local entrepreneurs and earn loyal clientele.

A limited number of food trucks will be permitted into the festival, all other food vendors will be tent vendors. All Food vendors must have at least 1 Certified Food Handler and a Temporary Food Establishment Permit regardless of the type of consumable being sold.

All Temporary Food Establishment Permits must be acquired two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. Food Vendors will not be accepted unless proof of both permit and certification is turned in to Edinburg Cultural Arts staff.
