| Mission Statement | ||
| The Planning and Zoning Department seeks to provide excellent services to its constituents and to develop long term plans for the growth of the community. On the short term, this mission is accomplished as rezoning, special use permit requests, subdivision plats, new multi-family and commercial projects are processed as part of multi-departmental team approach. The mission of long term planning for the city is accomplished as development policies are modernized and long range plans are developed and coordinated to address future growth, land use, transportation, parks, utilities, and other areas of development. | ||
