The City of Edinburg, Texas Standards Manual has been developed as part of the Unified Development Code adopted by the Edinburg City Council and Effective October 1, 2007. In accordance with Section 8.218 Engineering Standards Manual, the City Engineer shall promulgate and maintain this manual to specify construction standards for streets, drainage, and other infrastructure and shall be updated as necessary. Compliance with the latest edition of this Manual is required (Refer to revision sheet for latest updates).
