Under the general direction of the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager works on a full range of municipal management issues. The Assistant City Manager resolves problems or conflicts that may arise in City government, helps establish good management practices, and assists with directing administrative staff. The Assistant City Manager implements directives and initiatives with City government. Responsibilities include interpreting policy and provides direction related to the City's vision, mission and goals, policies and procedures.
