Requests for service
Applying for a regulated fire inspection
- Obtain a Fire Inspection Request Form
- Download and print a copy of the Fire Inspection Request Form or
- Pick up a form at: Edinburg Fire Department 212 W McIntyre St, Edinburg, TX 78541
- Fill out the form by selecting the type(s) of inspection being requested.
- Submit form and payment to: City of Edinburg Water Department 415 W. University, Edinburg, Texas
- Fire inspections will become eligible for scheduling after payment confirmation has been submitted to the Edinburg Fire Department.
All applicants will be contacted by our office and given a scheduled confirmation. Effective March 1, 2019, the Edinburg Fire Marshal’s Office will be implementing a Fire Inspection Fee program adopted into the City of Edinburg Code of Ordinances. The fire inspection fees are strictly specific to the types of occupancies and inspections listed on the fee schedule.
