ABOUT
The Edinburg Police Department now offers Edinburg Citizens Police Academy! Class topics include patrol procedures, criminal investigation, firearms, police driving, police K-9 and more!

Minimum requirements include, being the age of 21 or older, must reside or work with the City of Edinburg and must be able to attend ALL academy sessions. There is no cost for the academy.

APPLICATIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED- FUTURE APPLICATION COMING SOON.
