Industrial Parks

Edinburg has almost 450 acres of industrial space available in the North Industrial Park and the Renaissance Industrial Park.  Both offer convenient access to I69 and possible incentives are available.

North Industrial Park

The North Industrial Park consists of approximately 395 acres and is conveniently located on the Northern side of Edinburg, easily accessible by commercial vehicles leaving or entering the RGV via I69 (HWY 281). The Edinburg EDC owns approximately 160 acres of the NIP and is ready to incentivize projects depending on economic impact, number of jobs created and capital investment.

The Renaissance Industrial Park consists of 42.5 acres at the corner of Freddy Gonzalez and I69. The Edinburg EDC owns two lots totaling almost 4 acres of land, complete with both warehouse and office space.
