Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals
The Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals' purpose is that of providing for the final interpretation of provisions of the Building Code and Fire Code. The board shall establish rules and regulations for its own procedure not inconsistent with the provisions of the code.
The Board meets regularly every last Wednesday of the month.
