Recreation and Parks Board

Recreation and Parks Board exercise general supervision over the maintenance and equipment of parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, swimming pools and recreation centers and buildings and facilities thereon, and of conducting, directing or causing to be conducted or directed under its supervision a comprehensive program of public recreation activities and services on or in the properties owned or controlled by the city and devoted to park or playground purposes.

The Board meets every third Wednesday of the month.
