EDINBURG, TX –The Public Health Task Force has launched a COVID-19 Community Resource Page as part of an initiative to share important public health information with the community amidst the ongoing pandemic.

Residents can find a variety of resources at www.cityofedinburg.com/covid. A list of COVID-19 testing sites, vaccination sites, financial resources, pharmacy locations, and more will be available on the website for anyone to access.

The city of Edinburg will continue to work with Hidalgo County Health and Human Services, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine, DHR Health, South Texas Health System, the Texas Division of Emergency Management, and the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District to update the website accordingly.

COVID-19 testing is available at local health centers, clinics, and select pharmacies, often at no cost. Changes and additions to testing sites in Hidalgo County are underway and will be included as the information becomes available.
