Edinburg 311’s mission is to simplify community members' access to City programs and services. Edinburg 311 is a single point of contact for community members - including residents, business owners and visitors for non-emergency inquiries. Requests for service can be submitted via telephone, mobile application, and web application. We will get your request to the right department and update you as the situation changes. Together, we  are able to develop valuable insights that help improve our City.

Edinburg 311 can help you: 
  • Submit a service request or report an issue
  • Provide customers with information on behalf of the City
  • Provide residents of the Edinburg with assistance with City related concerns
  • Record complaints or issues pertaining to services provided by the City of Edinburg
  • Electronically forward complaints/issues to Departments that are responsible for taking appropriate action
  • Inform callers what actions were taken on their complaints/issues
  • Furnish statistics regarding services that have been provided and areas of improvement
