How Do I - Rent a Facility

Multi-Use Facility Rentals:
1.  Choose from one of the facilities the city offers for rental.
2.  Contact the appropriate department for availability.
3.  Residents can book 1 year in advance; Non-Residents can book 6 month in advance
4.  A damage deposit is collected to secure your reservation date.  Deposit is returned 2 weeks after the event by mail.
5.  Customers need to remove all decorations at the end of the event, this does not     
       include cleaning.
6.  Security is REQUIRED for all events, no exceptions.
7.  Keys must be picked up on Fridays for events on weekends.

Special Event How to:

Special events include festivals, concerts, community gatherings, races, cook-offs, and any other event open to the public.  In order to reserve a facility or park for a special event, you must complete a Temporary Use / Special Use Permit Application.  Special events in stadiums or City parks shall be regulated by the City and are not limited by this section. Please contact the Planning & Zoning Department for further information on Special events.
