Residents Can Pay Outstanding Fines Without Additional Penalties

Edinburg, TX - The Edinburg Municipal Court is offering residents an upcoming opportunity to resolve outstanding fines and fees through its annual amnesty program, running February 23rd through April 30, 2026.

Residents with a Class C misdemeanor, including unpaid traffic citations or warrants, can pay their fines or arrange a payment plan without incurring additional fees. Charges for failure to appear will also be waived for those who come in voluntarily. The court will be open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
